Body

I haven't seen Saawariya yet, don't think I will. But I have seen parts of the 'towel dropping song'. It's been described as the most 'homo-erotic' song of 'Bollywood,' by a few people in the media. Sure, the guy shows a lot of skin, but is "homo-erotic" the best way to describe it?
It can only come out of one of the following assumptions: women don't watch movies anymore; or women who scream "Hrithik, I love you" are impressed by his "acting skills"(!) and don't care for his curves, I mean, cuts; or women shaking their "stuff" isn't homo-erotic because there are no lesbians watching it.

No, it only means that intelligent people have stopped writing about cinema.

I think it can be explained on how men and women differ pyschologically; men are easily aroused by their visual senses while women arent. That explains why most erotic scenes are made in movies, magazines, advertisements to appeal to men than women. With this background, when a male lead shows a lot of flesh, which going by the above theory not appealing to women, could probably be labelled as homo-erotic!

Er, out of interest, from where did you arrive at that conclusion?

lol @ - for his curves, I mean, cuts -

Individualist: those are not my conclusions - those are what the pschologists have defined as the different psychological make up of men and women when it comes to sex and sexual preferences. A man is ready the moment he sees something that stimulates him whereas a woman is not.

oh really? I would really like to know who those psychologists and how they came to those conclusions. do you mind sharing this intelligent finding with us?

Yeah, I'd love it too if you were to share the finding with us.
P.S. I've seen too many people that claim a finding to support their argument and when confronted, justify it with some general 'psychologists have long proved it', 'it was stated in the blah blah journal', blah.
Hence, the request for some evidence. :)
